Angie was a Crane, Texas High School state golfer and graduate whose life was taken in an automobile accident on May 23, 1993, at the young age of nineteen. The Angie Workman Scholarship Fund and Golf Tournament was started in 1994 and has since awarded over $500,000 to Crane High School students, allowing them to pursue higher education and trade schooling.
